Gosden to get season off to a flyer in Lincoln

The Lincoln Handicap at Doncaster traditionally marks the start of the horse racing flat season and we fancy last year’s Champion Trainer John Gosden to get off to a flyer this time around too.

William Buick will ride the Gosden-trained LAHAAG (10/1 – bet365), a horse which has won 2 of his 4 starts to date and was beaten by a head by fellow Lincoln runner Chapter Seven (10/1) last time out.

Bank on a 2nd-half England romp!

Ok lets face it, San Marino have no chance of beating England and should be more like 10,000/1 rather than the 100/1 on offer.

They are joint-bottom of FIFA’s World Rankings (#207, with Bhutan and Turks & Caicos Islands) and have lost every single one of their last 50 fixtures, a run which goes all the way back to 2004 when they registered their only victory to date, beating Liechtenstein in a friendly.

Not only that but they have scored in just 1 of their last 25 games (v Malta in a friendly).

Cheltenham Tips 2013 – Day 4

After a superb start to the festival (8 winners from 13 races on the first 2 days including the 33/1 winner of the Coral Cup on Wednesday) yesterday was certainly a day for the bookmakers with winners at 20/1, 25/1, 17/2, 50/1, 16/1 and 14/1.

We did advise a decent sized bet on Cue Card which won the Ryanair Chase well but ended up making a small loss on the day. That said we are still almost 40pts in profit for the Festival as a whole so lets be positive going into the final day of the 2013 Cheltenham Festival!

Day 4 sees the highlight of the Festival – the Cheltenham Gold Cup, a race in which we tipped the winner of last year at 11/1. There are also some big-field handicaps to get to the bottom of so lets see if we can find some each-way value.

We normally advise our daily racing tips to a single one point stake per bet. However due to the nature of the Festival, and the range of offers available, we’ll be advising on a point scale ranging from 1pt to 5pts.

Cheltenham Tips 2013 – Day 3

Well what a day it was with our tips on Day 2 of the Cheltenham Festival – not only did we tip the winner in 4 of the 7 races, but we tipped the first 2 home in the 28-runner Coral Cup (33/1 winner, 16/1 2nd)!

The day started well with 3/1 and 5/1 winners and just kept getting better. We ended the day +29.63pts in profit and almost +50pts up for the festival so far, making healthy profit in 8 of the 13 races.

Day 3 of the Festival is notoriously difficult with some big-field handicaps but lets see if we can keep this run going and continue to bash the bookies.

We normally advise our daily racing tips to a single one point stake per bet. However due to the nature of the Festival, and the range of offers available, we’ll be advising on a point scale ranging from 1pt to 5pts.

Cheltenham Tips 2013 – Day 2

We got off to an absolute flyer with Day 1 of our Cheltenham Tips by tipping up the winner of the opening race, Champagne Fever at a huge 9/1.

We also tipped up Simonsig, Quevega and an each-way place on Fruity O’Rooney (10/1) in the JLT Speciality Handicap to leave us with a healthy profit of +18.05 on the day.

Whilst we took advantage of many of the bookmaker’s cashbacks on the opening day, Wednesday is all about extra places on the big each-way races.

We normally advise our daily racing tips to a single one point stake per bet. However due to the nature of the Festival, and the range of offers available, we’ll be advising on a point scale ranging from 1pt to 5pts.

Cheltenham Tips 2013 – Day 1

It really is the ‘Greatest Show on Turf’ and after starting slowly last year we had a great end to the Cheltenham Festival with winners at 11/1, 11/1, 8/1 and more, including the winner of the Gold Cup, Synchronised.

This year there are a whole host of bookmaker offers available, especially on day one of the Festival; which is why we are going big where losing bets are refunded!

We normally advise our daily racing tips to a single one point stake per bet. However due to the nature of the Festival, and the range of offers available, we’ll be advising on a point scale ranging from 1pt to 5pts.
