Back Kim to outscore his big brother on the oche


The 2014 PDC World Championship got off to a flyer over the weekend as we saw two 9-dart finishes in the first couple of days!

We landed 3 of the 4 selections last night, with just Chisnall letting us down for a clean sweep.

Tonight’s action is a bit more low-key with none of the top 10 players on show. That said there are some potentially close 1st Round matches to get stuck into for tonight’s darts tips…

England need to recover. And quickly.


Australia cruised to a 2nd successive victory in Adelaide to pile even more pressure on Alistair Cook and co. Down Under.

They now have a commanding 2-0 lead in the series and come into this 3rd Ashes Test knowing that one more victory would see the famous urn return to Australian hands.

England were well-fancied to retain the Ashes before a ball was bowled, but are now as big as 30/1 in the betting (Paddy Power) to win the series (Australia 1/12SkyBet).

MVG and Lewis 2/1 to reach Semis at the Ally Pally

The PDC World Championship gets underway at the Alexandra Palace on Friday and Phil Taylor is odds-on to claim his 17th world title.

After a dip in form Michael van Gerwen bounced back from 3 legs down to overcome The Power in the Players Championship earlier this month and is best-priced 4/1 (Sporting Bet) to claim his first PDC world title.

Two-time winner Adrian Lewis is as big as 6/1 with Bet Victor to complete a hat-trick of titles and whilst the winner will almost certainly come from these three, choosing a winner will be tough and so we’ll be delving a little deeper into the markets to try and find some value.

Expect runs, runs, runs in Adelaide


The Ashes Series went off with a bang at The Gabba as Australia strolled to a 381-run victory and the sledging that followed has added even more spice to the 2nd Test in Adelaide, where England will be looking to level the series.
