Usain Bolt 11/8 to complete Olympic sprint double

Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt comes into the Olympics with a slight fitness concern, yet bookmakers SkyBet make him 11/8 to win both the 100m and 200m events, and even at 95% fitness, we fancy him to go on and do just that.

Bolt’s training partner, Yohan Blake may represent the main danger in the 100m, particularly after getting the better of the World Record holder at the recent Jamaican trials. That said, SkyBet still make Bolt 8/11 favourite, with Blake the next best at 8/13.

The American duo of Tyson Gay and Justin Gatlin look to be fighting it out for the Bronze medal, and are 8/11 and 2/1 to make the 100m podium, according to Paddy Power.

And if you do fancy the 100m record to be broken, SkyBet are offering 4/1 for Usain Bolt to do so.

London Olympics – 100m Betting (SkyBet)
Usain Bolt – 8/11
Yohan Blake - 13/8
Tyson Gay – 11/1
Justin Gatlin - 20/1

Usain Bolt Specials

To win 100m and 200m – 11/8 (Victor Chandler)
To break 100m and 200m record - 12/1 (SkyBet)
