Who is Graeme Jones | New Swansea City Manager?

With the emerging news that bookmakers have suspended betting on Graeme Jones replacing Brendan Rodgers as manager of Swansea City, many football fans up and down the UK will be asking, “Just who is Graeme Jones?“.

Jones previously worked under Roberto Martinez at Swansea, and more recently, Wigan Athletic. This is the 42-year-old’s first managerial job and what a way to start – in the Premier League!

Sven Goran Eriksson sacked by Leicester City

The former England boss was relieved of his duties by the club’s Thai owners earlier this evening following a lenghtly meeting at the King Power Stadium.

Although Leicester City haven’t quite set the division alight since the Swede arrived, the decision does look incredibly short-sighted given that a win at the weekend would have placed the Foxes withing the top four positions in the Npower Championship.

Instead they sit just [Read full article »]
