45 teams have played in the Premier League since it was launched in 1992 and it is no surprise to see that Manchester United top the leaderboard in terms of points, given that they have won a record 12 of the 20 titles.

And during that time the Red Devils are the only side to have averaged more than 2 points per game; an incredible teat from a team who has played 772 games in such a tough league.
