Correct Score Betting

Correct score betting is one of the most popular types of football betting and  offers punters the chance to bet on what they think the score will be after 90 minutes of that particlar football match.

Which Bookmakers Offer Correct Score Betting?

All the top bookmakers now offer Correct Score betting on all their football games, but Paddy Power and Bet365 often have some of the best cashbacks and promotions on correct score betting. For example Bet365 often offer a refund if you place a bet on a match that ends 0-0.

Correct Score Betting Examples

William Hill offer a correct score market on a Premier League match between Manchester Utd and Liverpool. They are offering odds of 6/1 on the match ending 2-1 to Manchester United, So if a punter places a £10 bet on this outcome and the match finishes exactly that score, the punter will be paid out £70.

Correct Score Betting on Draw

Punters can also bet on correct scores ending in a draw, and the odds ore often much bigger than just backing the ‘any-score’ draw on the 90 minutes market. For example if the draw on a particluar match is around 9/4, then a 1-1 draw can often be backed at around 11/2 or better.

Because the odds are bigger, this often means that the punter can back more than one outcome and still get better odds than just the normal draw. For example 1-1 (11/2) and 2-2 (8/1) would be better than a single bet on the draw at 9/4.
