The life and crimes of Joey Barton

Joey Barton has hit the headlines once again this week after tweeting about a possible move to Marseille, once which has now seemingly fallen through.

He has been quick to critisise his employers (not for the first time) after being forced to train with the kids following his 12-match ban for lashing out at Sergio Agüero in the final game of last season.

So whilst his future remains in doubt, we have taken a brief look back at the 29 year-old’s misdemeanors, all of which have contributed to his reputation.
