Fabregas 6/4 to make Old Trafford move

SkyBet make Manchester Utd 6/4 favourites to sign Cesc Fabregas before the end of the Summer Transfer Window after they are rumoured to have submitted a €30m bid for the Spanish midfielder.

Wenger 9/4 NOT to be Arsenal Manager come start of next season

Arsene Wenger’s future at Arsenal is uncertain, according to respected football journalist Paul Hayward of the Daily Telegraph.

In today’s column he suggests that Paris Saint-Germain are “confident” of persuading Wenger the end his 17-year association with the Gunners and make the move back over the English Channel.

Reports have already been circling that Carlo Ancelotti is ready to move on after his short stint at PSG, which has seen them all but win the Ligue 1 title. They are 9 points clear of Marseille with just 4 games to play and the title could be wrapped up this weekend.

Ba set to start for Toon despite being odds-on to join Chelsea

Demba Ba is set to play for Newcastle when they host Everton tonight despite the ongoing transfer saga which sees him odds-on to leave St James’ Park before the end of the transfer window.
